A-Mechanical Properties
Motors
Motors are produced in IEC 80 frame sizes, featuring single-phase, multi-speed, totally enclosed, short-circuit rotor, and fan-cooled designs.
Protection Class
a) The standard protection class is IP 20.
b) Fixed ball bearings with 2RS ZZ covers are used for the bearings.
c) The paint is corrosion-resistant in black color, with optional applications in different colors available.
B-Construction Properties
Stator and Covers
The covers are made of aluminum alloy with heat conduction properties and are sanded. The shaft is coated with a transparent varnish paint to protect against rust.
Capacitors
The motors are produced with permanent circuit capacitors.
C-Electrical Characteristics
Voltage and Frequency
Motors are typically designed for 230V, 50Hz. Custom motors can also be produced for different voltages and frequencies upon request.
Technical Information
The values provided in the table are applicable under normal conditions for 230V voltage. The frequency of 50Hz and the operating environment range from -20°C to +40°C. The operating time is S1 (continuous operation), and the altitude is up to 1000 meters above sea level. The insulation class of the motors is F, which can withstand temperatures up to 155°C.
Special Manufacturing
Custom designs such as special shafts, flanges, and motors with different voltages and frequencies, higher protection classes, and self-cooling capabilities can be produced upon request.
Our motors are manufactured in accordance with IEC recommendations, DIN standards, and Turkish Standards (TS 4239).
