A-Mechanical Properties
Motors are produced in IEC 90 type frame sizes, single-phase, totally enclosed, short-circuit rotor, and fan-cooled.
Construction Type All frame sizes can be made in footed, flanged, and footed-flanged construction types.
Protection Class
a) The standard protection class is IP 55.
b) Bearings use fixed ball bearings with ZZ covers.
d) Cooling fans are made from heat-resistant material and have the ability to operate in both directions. e) The paint is black and resistant to corrosion. Different color applications can be made upon request.
B-Construction Features
Stator Housing and Covers The housing and covers are made of aluminum alloy with heat-conducting properties. The fan cover is made of sheet metal.
Terminal Box It is located on the top of the housing and is close to the shaft side. A permanent capacitor socket is available.
Capacitors The motors are produced with permanent circuit capacitors.
C-Electrical Properties
Voltage and Frequency Motors are normally designed for 230V, 50 Hz. Motors can also be produced for different voltages and frequencies upon request.
Technical Information The values given in the table are valid for normal conditions and are applicable for 230V voltage. The frequency is 50 Hz, and the ambient temperature range is from -20°C to +40°C. The duty cycle is S1. The altitude is 1000 m above sea level. The insulation class of the motors is F, and they are resistant up to 155°C.
Special Productions Custom shafts, special flanges, and motors with different voltages and frequencies, as well as higher protection class, fixed-bearing, self-cooled motors, are produced upon request.
Our motors are manufactured in accordance with IEC recommendations, DIN standards, and Turkish Standards TS 4239.
