A-Mechanical Properties

Motors are produced in IEC 63 frame size in both 3-phase and single-phase designs, with short-circuit rotor cooling and without cooling.

Protection Class

a) The standard protection class is IP 55.

b) Fixed ball bearings with ZZ covers are used for the bearings.

c) Cooling fans are made from heat-resistant materials and are capable of operating in both directions. d) The paint is black and resistant to corrosion. Different color applications can be made upon request.

B-Construction Features

Stator and Covers

The covers are made from aluminum alloy with good thermal conductivity.
The fan cover is made from sheet metal.

C-Electrical Properties

Voltage and Frequency
Motors are normally designed for 230V, 50 Hz.
Motors can also be produced for different voltages and frequencies upon request.

Technical Information
The values given in the table are valid for normal conditions for 230/400V, 50Hz voltage.
The operating environment is valid from -20°C to +40°C. The operating time is S1. Sea level is 1000 m.
The insulation class of the motors is F, and they are durable up to 155°C.

Special Manufacturing
Special shafts, special flanges, and motors with higher protection classes can be produced upon request at different voltages and frequencies, including self-cooled motors with fixed bearings.

Our motors are manufactured in accordance with IEC recommendations, DIN standards, and Turkish Standards TS 4239.
