3-PHASE STANDARD EFFICIENCY MOTOR (EFF2-IE1)

A-Mechanical Features

Motors are manufactured in IEC 56 frame sizes, 3-phase, fully enclosed, squirrel-cage rotor, and fan-cooled design.

Structure Type
Available in foot-mounted, flange-mounted, and foot-flange combined types for all frame sizes.

Protection Class
a) The standard protection class is IP55.
b) Fixed ball bearings with ZZ caps are used for the bearing assembly.
c) Shaft ends are grooved in accordance with DIN 6885/6888 standards. Motors are delivered with the key installed.
d) Cooling fans are made of heat-resistant material and can operate in both directions.
e) The paint is corrosion-resistant in gray color. Custom color applications are available upon request.

B-Construction Features

Stator Body and End Covers

The body and end covers are made of aluminum alloy with high thermal conductivity.
The fan cover is made of sheet metal material.

Terminal Box

The terminal box is located on the top of the body, near the shaft side.
The terminal box can be rotated on its axis, allowing the cable gland to be installed on either side.

C-Electrical Features

Voltage and Frequency

Motors are designed for standard operation at 400V, 50Hz.
Upon request, motors can be manufactured for different voltages and frequencies.

Technical Information

The power values provided in the table apply to normal conditions and are valid for 400V voltage.
50Hz frequency, ambient temperatures between -20°C and +40°C, and continuous duty (S1) are standard.
Operating altitude is up to 1000 meters above sea level.
The insulation class is F, withstanding up to 155°C.

Special Manufacturing

Special motors can be produced upon request with custom shafts, special flanges,
different voltages and frequencies, higher protection classes, fixed bearings,
and self-cooled designs.

Our motors are manufactured in compliance with IEC recommendations,
DIN standards, and Turkish Standards TS 3067.
